About Dr. Michael Coon
Dr. Michael Coon is the owner of Alpha Medical and Spinal Care. When he initially opened Alpha Care, he wanted to provide conservative treatment for pain that he believed could ultimately be an alternative to surgery. Dr. Coon’s idea for this type of practice was derived from his medical experience as a Navy Corpsman in the Charleston Navy Hospital. This experience prompted him to become a chiropractic physician and led him to open a practice that would employ both medical physicians and chiropractors to provide more efficient treatment for common medical problems.
